DKHorn Engineering & Design, Inc. is enjoying the creation of another needed Apartment Complex. Northern Pueblo Blvd is quickly becoming the newest coming location as we at DKHorn are proud to be apart of it. As the principal provider of full civil design services, our dedicated team has worked diligently to provide a project encompassing all aspects of Civil Engineering & Design.

Pueblo is growing more and more each year and this apartment complex in the making reflects our growing economy and population. With 199 Units, Pueblo Springs sits on 14 acres of land, with room for Phase II in the future. This complex is located on the South East corner of 31st Street and Pueblo Blvd. All units will be Class A, Garden style, Two Story apartments. This is currently in Construction. The Quail Ridge Master Plan is also in predevelopment, which is just south of Pueblo Springs Apartments.

Some of the proposed amenities for this complex are as follows: Resort style pool and spa, a luxurious recreation center, massage room, attached garages ad upgraded appliances. And just like the majority of DK Horn’s projects, all apartments will be energy efficient as well.
